Circle Shopping Center – Richmond, VA
Built in the late 1950’s, the shopping center was in need of a desperate makeover to the anchor space when Joshua came in and helped put a vision together for the remodel and leasing of the old anchor space. The idea was to utilize the existing billboard signage above the facade to create a unique signage package that provides new and improved visibility for the tenants.
The space was in very rough condition, having not been substantially altered since the original tenant occupied the space in the late 50’s. Joshua and his team were able to come up with a design that utilized the existing building as much as possible to trim costs but give it a fresh look. Joshua brought in Its Fashion Metro, an urban clothing store to anchor the remodeled area and have since been soliciting offers from several more interested parties.
