how we got here
We remember it like it was yesterday. It was the summer of 2010. It was much like every other summer in Arizona. But what made this one special, was that Joshua Simon turned his dream into a reality.
After having already spent a number of years in the commercial real estate game, he realized he was ready to do more – to take a leap of faith. So, he did.
When he started SimonCRE in 2010, his goal was to create a company that redefined the commercial real estate development industry. Joshua wanted to build a business that was unique, willing to adapt, and left a lasting impact on the communities it served.
It started with a handful of projects a year. And year by year those numbers grew. And thus, here we are. SimonCRE is now a robust company working on roughly 40 projects with a total value of approximately $100,000,000 a year.
A decade later and hundreds of projects in the books, SimonCRE has emerged as one of the most experienced commercial real estate development companies in its space.
