Shoaib joined SimonCRE in 2024 as a Development Associate. In this role, he assists the Development Project Managers in achieving approval of all entitlements and approval of plans for projects.

Before joining SimonCRE, Shoaib gained valuable experience as a Civil Engineering Intern at Infinite Civil Solutions, specializing in precise cost estimations for transportation projects. Additionally, he served as a Project Engineer Intern at Shree Patel Corporation, where he oversaw various construction projects, managing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder coordination. Shoaib holds a Master’s in Construction Management and Technology from ASU (May 2024) and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from L.J. Institute of Engineering and Technology, India (June 2022).

Shoaib was born in India and moved to the United States in 2022. In his free time, Shoaib enjoys traveling with friends to new places and watching sports, specifically soccer. He is a big fan of Real Madrid.
