Sarah (Stecko) Schild serves as the Content Marketing Manager at SimonCRE, where she is responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of SimonCRE’s content strategy. This includes managing the content calendar; strategically planning the thought leadership writing process; sourcing and managing writers; and crafting interesting and well-researched content that drives traffic and engages website visitors. Sarah joined the team in 2019 as a Marketing Associate.
Sarah first entered the commercial real estate industry on the media side, as the Editor-in-Chief of Commercial Executive Magazine, where she supervised the content coordination, management, design, event planning, marketing, and advertising facets of the company. After serving for over three years, Sarah dived deeper into the brokerage sector, as a Marketing Specialist for NAI Horizon and then as a Senior Client Services Specialist at Colliers International for a top producing broker team in Phoenix.
Born and raised in a northwest suburb of Chicago, Sarah moved to Arizona about a decade ago and earned her bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from The Walter Cronkite School and MBA from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix. Sarah also holds an Arizona real estate license. In her spare time, she enjoys trying new baking recipes, traveling, hiking, audiobooks, and exploring new restaurants, preferably on dog-friendly patios with her husband and dog.
