Rachel Willis joined SimonCRE in 2022 as Controller, where she is responsible for recording financial activity related to the development, construction, acquisition, and disposition of all SimonCRE properties. She works closely with the Vice President of Finance and accounting staff to accurately manage entities for the life of all projects in a timely manner. 

Before joining SimonCRE, Rachel built a wealth of experience that she brings into her current role. Rachel graduated from ASU with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accountancy, and she has 10 years experience in public accounting and 10 years experience within the construction industry. She has extensive knowledge in managing the accounting workflow and prides herself on creating efficient processes that increase productivity within her departments. She excels in creating dashboards for managers, so that information is real-time and at their fingertips.  

She is a mother of four beautiful children and spends all her spare time encouraging them to be the best they can be. She loves playing the piano, playing racquetball, running, hiking, and decorating cakes. But most of all, she loves teaching her children the good principles of a happy life.
