Nick joined SimonCRE in 2022 as the Content Marketing Manager, and in 2024 was promoted to Director of Marketing. He is responsible for developing and implementing a fully-integrated, multi-channel marketing strategy to build visibility, engagement, and action for SimonCRE as well as its developments.
Nick has been working in digital marketing and content creation for years, and brings this experience to the world of commercial real estate. Prior to this, he attended Arizona State University for a Bachelor in English, and then the University of Oxford for a Masters in Creative Writing, with a focus in poetry.
He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, and a founding member of Content Creators for Good.
He enjoys spending his free time reading and working on new poetry, hiking throughout Arizona, and enjoying quality time with his wife and their two cats.
