Natalya Upshur is a proud Phoenix native who joined SimonCRE in 2024 as a Development Associate. In this role, she assists the Development Project Managers in achieving approval of all entitlements and approval of plans for projects. 

Before joining SimonCRE, she worked on solar energy projects, mastering everything from coordinating with city officials to keeping customers happy. With experience in project coordination, marketing, and even running her own photography business, Natalya brings a unique blend of creativity, organization, and problem-solving to the team. She also runs her own business, where she channels her passion for photography into capturing portraits, events, and helping businesses tell their stories visually.

Outside of work, Natalya bartends part-time at a local sushi restaurant, where she enjoys creating delicious drinks for her guests. In her downtime, she’s a devoted cat mom to her three fur babies and loves watching sports. Natalya is also passionate about fitness, consistently working toward new goals both in and outside of the gym.
