Maria Grishina joined SimonCRE in 2019 as a Development Coordinator and swiftly rose up the ranks to Project Manager. In her position, she works closely with the development team to coordinate with consultants and municipalities, obtain permits for construction, prepare and submit due diligence packages, and finalize payment distributing schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Prior to joining SimonCRE, Maria worked as a Leasing Coordinator at Invitation Homes LLC in Scottsdale, AZ. During her time at the property management company, she specialized in coordinating tenants and preparing all documentation and approvals from the inquiry of the property to completion of the move-in/purchase process. Before that, she worked as a Tenant Billing Specialist & Agreement Support Specialist for commercial real estate corporation TVK Aviapark JSC in Russia.

Maria graduated from Collegium Civitas University in Warsaw, Poland, where she earned her Bachelor of International Relations and Business. Maria was born in Moscow, Russian Federation and moved to the U.S. in 2016. In her free time, she enjoys traveling overseas and trying new restaurants throughout the Valley.
