Marc Altieri joined SimonCRE in 2021 as the Vice President of Leasing and Investments. He is responsible for communication with tenants throughout the development process, coordination with brokers and buyers, and ensuring comprehensive due diligence leads to timely and accurate transactions.

Marc brings to SimonCRE a broad and diverse background in the commercial real estate industry including experience in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing. Since the start of his career, Marc has been involved in a total of over $10 billion in transactions across various commercial asset types including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, healthcare, land, and mixed-use properties. 

Originally from North Haven, CT, Marc moved to Arizona to attend Arizona State University, where he received a B.S. in Finance. Marc is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Arizona. He has been involved in several nonprofit organizations over the years, including the Scottsdale Active 20-30 Club and Helping Hands for Freedom. Marc is an avid sports fan who spends his free time watching games and playing golf and tennis.
