As our Vice President of Human Resources, Lisa Smith is responsible for advising the CEO and executive team on human resource matters and compliance with respect to policies, procedures, and programs. She also manages and develops processes for employee reviews, compensation, benefits, and employee surveys throughout the year.
Lisa was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She is a friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented person who thrives in busy environments. Her attention to detail and people-management skills are invaluable as the primary communication point for employee-related and morale issues.
When Lisa isn’t working, she enjoys spending time in the woods of Northern Arizona. If she isn’t in the woods, she can be found reading a book or watching Formula 1 racing (in person, whenever possible). Lisa is also an American Revolution history enthusiast, as her ancestors fought in the battle for our freedom!
