Katie Repine joined SimonCRE in 2025 as a Development Associate. In this role, she assists the Development Project Managers in achieving approval of all entitlements and approval of plans for projects.

Before joining SimonCRE, Katie worked as an Industrial Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, where she was part of the Phoenix Industrial Private Capital Team. She specialized in investment property sales ranging from $3 million to $35 million. Prior to her career in commercial real estate, Katie built a strong foundation in the hospitality industry, managing restaurants for Hillstone Restaurant Group and Fox Restaurant Concepts across California and Arizona.

Katie is also committed to community service and currently serves as an Auxiliary Board Member for the Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, an organization dedicated to empowering women throughout Arizona with the tools and support needed to achieve self-sufficiency and thrive!

Outside of work, Katie is a fitness enthusiast and can often be found at the gym at 5 am weightlifting or pushing a sled. She also enjoys dining out with friends, traveling, attending concerts, and watching football.
