Jacob Xenitelis joined SimonCRE in 2025 as a Construction Associate, where he assists the construction team in the supervision of all construction schedules while ensuring projects are completed on time and meeting budget demands.  

Jacob served in both the US Army and Local Law Enforcement before making a career change and breaking into the construction industry in 2019 by starting as a construction manager with a home builder, and has since built hundreds of homes and condos across the Phoenix Metro area. Originally from O’ahu, Hawaii, he has called Arizona home for 10 years now. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, exploring off-road trails, and camping.
