Hope joined SimonCRE in 2022 as Transaction Manager, and in 2023, was promoted to Director of Transactions, where she manages the entire real estate closing process. She works to ensure compliance with real estate contracts, lender requirements, title requirements, and other company requirements. 

Prior to joining SimonCRE, Hope worked as a Senior Acquisitions Paralegal for seven years at one of the largest medical office building owners and operators in the country, one which integrates owning, managing, financing, and developing income-producing real estate properties throughout the United States. In this role, she provided day-to-day management, administration, and oversight of real estate transactions to ensure successful closing within agreed-upon timelines.    

Additionally, for 13 years, she worked at a mid-size law firm as a Senior Real Estate Paralegal, where she handled all aspects of real estate transactions for a major retailer.  Throughout her career, Hope’s responsibilities have included all facets of real estate transactions, including preparation of purchase agreements, monitoring and review of due diligence, and closings.
