Gina Loehr joined SimonCRE in 2025 as a Senior Leasing Administrator. In this role, she supports the Leasing Team, along with the Legal Team, in the timely and accurate preparation, execution, and abstracting of all leases. 

Gina brings a diverse background that spans commercial real estate, healthcare, construction and development, finance and accounting, and property and asset management. She’s eager to dive in and is especially drawn to SimonCRE’s strong culture and forward-thinking approach to everything we do.

Originally from Chicago, Gina holds an MBA in Finance and is a huge sports fan (Go White Sox!). She’s married, has one fur baby, and enjoys a variety of hobbies and interests. When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her training for a 10K, walking her dog, or exploring our beautiful state with her husband, Michael.
