Farrah Gotto joined SimonCRE as a Property Manager in 2021, and in 2023 was promoted to Senior Property Manager. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, tenant relations, budget development, reconciliations, and everything in between for a portfolio of SimonCRE’s commercial properties. She is a property management professional with 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate field.

Farrah is originally from Southern California and started out in self-storage property management. She moved to Austin, TX in 2012 where she focused her career on Class A commercial office complexes and eventually added retail to her portfolio. In 2021, Farrah and her family made the move to Arizona, their favorite vacation spot.  In addition to her extensive experience, Farrah has also earned her designations as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Real Property Administrator (RPA).  

When Farrah is not working she is spending as much time as she can with her husband of 25 years and her two sons, ages 23 and 19. Farrah and her husband are huge Baseball and Hockey fans and are super excited to be back in a city with Pro Sports so they can watch their favorite teams, the LA Dodgers and LA Kings, whenever they come to town. When not watching sports you will probably find them playing pinball, at Top Golf, on a day trip somewhere or at a Casino.
