Daniel Cox joined SimonCRE in 2020 as an Acquisitions & Leasing Associate. In 2022 he joined the Development team as a Development Associate and was promoted in 2023 to Senior Development Associate. In his role, he assists the Vice President of Construction and the Development Project Managers in achieving approval of all entitlements and approval of plans for projects.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an Investment Sales Associate for Marcus & Millichap, where he specialized in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of multi-tenant and single-tenant retail properties throughout the Western United States.

Originally from San Diego, CA, Daniel decided to pursue his education in Arizona, where he graduated from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Finance.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys the outdoors, health and fitness, music, and watching his hometown team, the Padres.
