Daniel Cox joined SimonCRE in 2020 as an Acquisitions & Leasing Associate. In 2022 he joined the Development team as a Development Associate , in 2023 rose to Senior Development Associate, and in 2024 was promoted to Development Project Manager. In his role, he works closely with the development team to coordinate with consultants, municipalities, and other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an Investment Sales Associate for Marcus & Millichap, where he specialized in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of multi-tenant and single-tenant retail properties throughout the Western United States.

Originally from San Diego, CA, Daniel decided to pursue his education in Arizona, where he graduated from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Finance.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys the outdoors, health and fitness, music, and watching his hometown team, the Padres.
