Christina LeTourneau joined SimonCRE in 2024 as a Development Project Manager. In her role, she works closely with the development team to coordinate with consultants, municipalities, and other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Born and raised in New Jersey,  Christina made her way to Arizona to attend Arizona State University. Her career in real estate began as a marketing manager for a local brokerage, and it wasn’t long before she caught the real estate bug. Ten years ago, Christina joined VEREIT which was acquired by Realty Income in 2021. As a development project manager, she oversaw development projects for national brands like Dutch Brothers, Starbucks, Go Car Wash, Chipotle, and Panera.

When not busy at work, Christina is spending time with her amazing husband, two young daughters and one bossy beagle. The LeTourneau’s love trying new restaurants (sushi is the fan favorite) and exploring Arizona’s beautiful state and national parks.
