Chris Curiel joined SimonCRE in 2025 as a Development Project Manager. In his role, he works closely with the development team to coordinate consultants, municipalities, and other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Growing up in Tempe, he always wanted to attend Arizona State University, and eventually graduated with a Bachelor’s in Design Management and a Master’s in Architecture and Real Estate Development.

Prior to joining SimonCRE, Chris worked as a project manager across multiple industries, including wireless communications, residential solar, and multi-family housing. He has aided in the successful completion of hundreds of projects across the United States.

Outside of work, he enjoys drawing, sports, going to the movies, and spending time with his family.
