Charlie Goff joined SimonCRE in 2019 as a Financial Analyst and is now the Capital Markets Manager, where he is responsible for the management of debt and equity of both existing assets and new development projects. Charlie also leads the company’s efforts to cultivate and maintain all lending and investor relations.

Prior to joining SimonCRE, Charlie worked at RED Development, a full-service commercial real estate development and management company in Phoenix, Arizona. During his time at RED, Charlie became experienced in all aspects of asset management and financial analysis, specializing in retail and mixed-use projects. 

Charlie graduated from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Finance. In his free time, Charlie likes to travel to new places and spend time outdoors. He’s an animal lover and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
