Brett joined SimonCRE in 2024 as a Development Associate. In this role, he assists the Development Project Managers in achieving approval of all entitlements and approval of plans for projects.

Prior to joining SimonCRE, he graduated from Bentley University’s MBA program, and Muhlenberg College for his Bachelor’s degree where he majored in business administration and finance. He was also a member of their men’s varsity lacrosse team. In the summer of 2023, he was introduced to the industry as a real estate development intern in Albany, NY, where he executed tasks for the Director of Development and provided support in overseeing their construction services team.

Outside of the office, Brett enjoys traveling, running, and playing golf, lacrosse, and hockey.
