Brent Atkisson joined SimonCRE in 2016 and is highly experienced with a strong background in development, remodeling, property management, IT infrastructures, facility management, and maintenance. Previously, he has worked with a portfolio of more than 225 Carl’s Jr., Hardee’s, and Pizza Patron restaurants throughout the Midwest and Southwest. Brent has managed projects for 75 ground up and restaurant conversions, and more than 130 restaurant remodels. Brent oversees SimonCRE’s new construction projects, expansions, and remodels.

Since joining the team, Brent has overseen 150+ build to suit projects. Some of his major projects include: The Steelyard in Chandler, AZ, Simon Medical Center in Laveen, AZ, the Village at Prasada in Surprise, AZ, and Jackrabbit Ranch Marketplace in Buckeye, AZ. Some of Brent’s most notable past projects have been remodeling the Carl’s Jr. storefront at Talking Stick Arena, overseeing the remodel of Peter Piper Pizzas, and remodeling a number of Burger Kings.

Brent graduated from RSI with an AA in Mechanical Maintenance Engineering. He spends his free time camping, traveling, riding his motorcycle, and donating time to local projects and charity events.
