Andrew Veatch joined SimonCRE in 2017 as part of the Development Team before transitioning to the Acquisitions and Leasing Team in 2018. As Director of Acquisitions and Leasing, Andrew works closely with the Executive Team, brokers, and SimonCRE’s expanding portfolio of national clients on performing due diligence as it pertains to site selection and discovering new acquisition opportunities across the country. He prepares and negotiates contracts, builds and reviews pro formas to determine project feasibility, evaluates entitlement processes, and works with third-party consultants to assist in the accurate execution of project timelines and budgets.

Prior to joining SimonCRE, Andrew worked as a Leasing Intern at NAI Horizon in Phoenix, before being promoted to Leasing and Sales Advisor. During his time at the brokerage, Andrew specialized in the representation of landlords and tenants in the leasing and sales of office and multi-use properties.

Andrew graduated from The University of Arizona’s Eller School of Management, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and Operations Management. Additionally, he serves on the ICSC Planning Board and is an active member ULI’s . In his spare time, you will more than likely find Andrew exploring the outdoors or finding the next best place to eat.
