Alex joined SimonCRE in 2020, as a Customer Success Analyst. In 2024, he was promoted to Director of Application Development. In this role, he is responsible for researching and implementing new technology solutions for the company and overseeing the development of DealforceCRE and PlotsCRE.

Before joining SimonCRE, Alex worked for multiple enterprise-level organizations, most recently Hyland Software and previous startups in software development, bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring seamless integrations, functionality, and training of various custom web applications, spanning over ten years in the SaaS space.  Alex is passionate about driving technological advancements and committed to maintaining the highest standards of excellence, working closely with developers to foster continuous improvement and deliver high-quality digital solutions that meet the evolving needs of the CRE industry.

Alex was born and raised in Romania and permanently relocated to the US in 2001. In his free time, he can be found in the middle of nowhere, camping with his fiancée, daughter, and close friends, fishing, hiking, and taking in the sights of the beautiful southwest. When not outdoors, he enjoys reading, trying new recipes, and playing tabletop games with friends.
