Dollar General will have unobstructed access and full visibility to Rosamond Blvd, which will be easily identified by the community as it is located less than a mile away from the High School and we are one mile north from the elementary school. The Rosamond community is underserved and Dollar General provides a convenient alternative to the community. This property was sold in July 2016.
