SimonCRE is a full service commercial real estate developer based in Scottsdale, AZ and founded in 2010 by Joshua Simon, with the goal to refine the commercial real estate development industry. Joshua wanted to build a company that was unique, willing to adapt, and left a lasting impact on the communities it served.
