We are seeking an organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring our employees and any visitors receive exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors. While visitor traffic and phone calls are typically minimal, this role involves various front desk tasks, including office supply stocking, computer work, and assisting with administrative duties.
Essential Duties
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Monitor and restock office supplies as needed to maintain inventory.
- Prepare shipping labels for USPS priority mail or FedEx as needed
- Handles any visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately when they arrive and notify company personnel of visitor arrival
- Reload funds for postage machine as needed
- Ensure the kitchen, conference rooms, restrooms, printers and supply cabinets are kept in a clean, orderly manner on a daily basis
- Assist Marketing team with shipping holiday gift boxes out 2 times per year
- Handles the minimal incoming phone calls by answering, screening, and forwarding them as appropriate
- Provide administrative assistance to entire company as needs arise

Required Education, Experience, Licenses
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel as well as calendar management and general technology is required
- Experience with Mac iOS is a plus
- Working experience with commercial real estate and/or title company
