The Accounting Clerk posts invoices and reconciles various accounts for multiple entities. This individual is also responsible for generating monthly rent invoices as well as assisting the CFO and Assistant Controller with other accounting tasks.

- Post vendor invoices
- Pay invoices on a weekly basis
- Review and reconcile accounts, post discrepancies to vendor accounts
- Receive payments and post to client accounts
- Generate monthly rent invoices and distribute to tenants
- Reconcile tenant account balances
- Verify all postings on a regular basis to ensure accurate entries and proper coding
- Participate in NNN billing and reconciliation processes
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations
- Analyze and audit various accounts as needed
- Assist with miscellaneous office tasks as required

Required Education, Experience, Licenses
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two years’ experience in accounts payable and receivable is required
- Two years of commercial real estate or general contractor experience in a start-up environment is required
- Proficient with QuickBooks, Yardi, and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel, preferred
- Experience with Mac iOS is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License
