We’ll create a preliminary budget and detailed Site Investigation Report to assess all requirements, potential issues and costs.
Development & Entitlement
Working with consultants, we focus on critical sign-offs and approvals required for the proposed development to come to life through municipality approval.
Site Acquisition
Depending on the deal, finalized site acquisition occurs after we complete full due diligence and property entitlement.
Construction
When it’s time to build, we’ll take a very active role in managing and ensuring quality construction that meets and exceeds expectations.
Prepare For Occupancy
We’ll carry the project through the finish line by obtaining final inspections, and ensuring the Certificate of Occupancy is issued so you can prepare to open for business.
