Kyle Duane joined SimonCRE in 2020 as an Acquisitions and Leasing Associate, and in 2023 moved to the Development team as a Development Associate. In 2024 he rose to the position of Senior Development Associate. In this role, he assists the Development Project Managers in achieving approval of all entitlements and approval of plans for projects.
Prior to joining SimonCRE, Kyle worked at Marcus & Millichap as an Industrial Associate. During his time there, he specialized in single-tenant sale-leaseback transactions.
Originally from Los Angeles, Kyle moved to Arizona, where he attended Arizona State University and graduated with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Business and Real Estate. In his free time, Kyle enjoys watching his hometown sports teams – he’s a fan of all the L.A. teams. He also enjoys attending the occasional Phoenix Rising FC game.
