Jackson Shaw joined SimonCRE in 2025 as Acquisitions & Leasing Associate. In this role, he is responsible for the site selection, site investigation, leasing/prospecting, budgeting, site planning, and managing relationships for our company’s clients and vendors.

Prior to joining SimonCRE Jackson obtained his bachelors in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison studying real estate and accounting. He also gained valuable experience as an intern with Fundamental Income Properties where he assisted the acquisitions team’s real estate and financial underwriting for sale lease back transactions. In his free time Jackson enjoys cooking for friends and family as well as finding a new spot to eat. Jackson is also a huge Green Bay Packers fan. Go Pack Go!
