Andrea Wilda joined SimonCRE in 2025 as a Property Manager. In this role, she is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, tenant relations, budget development, reconciliations, and everything in between for a portfolio of SimonCRE’s commercial properties.

Andrea comes to SimonCRE with over 7 years of expertise in Facilities and Property Management. Most recently, she has been contributing her skills at The Joint Chiropractic Corp., where she has successfully managed their corporate clinic portfolio. Before transitioning to property management, Andrea gained valuable experience as a restaurant manager, where she developed strong leadership skills and learned to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. She is also deeply passionate about helping others, whether it’s offering guidance to colleagues or lending a hand to her community.

Outside of work, Andrea loves spending time with her husband, Matt, and their two boys, Liam and Luke. Their favorite tradition is “Fun Friday,” where they enjoy movies, pizza parties, and quality family time. It’s the perfect way to unwind and kick off the weekend!
