Mohammed joined SimonCRE in 2024 as a Development Associate. In this role, he assists the Development Project Managers in achieving approval of all entitlements and approval of plans for projects.

Before joining SimonCRE, he had the opportunity to gain diverse experience both in the U.S. and internationally. Most recently, Mohammed interned with Shea Homes as an Assistant Superintendent, where he honed his skills in construction management, site operations, and quality control.

Academically, Mohammed has a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Construction Management and Technology from Arizona State University, which provided him with a strong technical foundation for this role.

Outside of work, Mohammed is outdoorsy and always up for a new adventure. He loves staying active — attending the gym regularly, eating healthy, and he is always up for trying new sports, whether it’s soccer, volleyball, or whatever gets him moving. He also enjoys a good FIFA match and is always ready for some friendly competition.
