Parker McBride joined SimonCRE in 2024 as a Property Admin Associate, focusing on managing the sale of existing properties.

Before SimonCRE, Parker earned his real estate license (LA) after graduating from a Division I university, where he competed in cross country and track. He has been actively pursuing opportunities in commercial real estate, driven by his passion for building strong connections and delivering results.

Outside of work, Parker enjoys running, golfing, and hanging out with his friends. He brings the same energy and discipline from his endurance sports background into his professional life and is committed to contributing to the company’s growth.
