Brennan joined SimonCRE in 2024 as a Construction Associate, where he assists the construction team in the supervision of all construction schedules while ensuring projects are completed on time and meeting budget demands.

Prior to joining SimonCRE, Brennan worked at Bell Bank. He was responsible for leading the development and construction efforts of new facilities in Arizona.

Originally from Greenville, SC, Brennan graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2018, and relocated to Phoenix from Myrtle Beach, SC in 2022.

He is a college football junkie, but most of his passion lies with the Atlanta Braves.  Brennan spends the majority of his weekends exploring the vast expanses of Arizona wilderness, either camping, hunting, or fishing.
