Lea Vandemerwe joined SimonCRE in 2024 as a Legal & Leasing Assistant. In this role, she supports the legal team for acquisitions, dispositions, and various legal assignments. She is also responsible for various leasing department assignments.
Lea is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, but came to Arizona to be a Sun Devil. She earned a degree in psychology while captaining the Lacrosse Team.
In her spare time, Lea enjoys biking, working out, and golfing.
I’m responsible for helping with the company’s overall marketing strategy including content creation, marketing automation, property flyers, website management, CRM management, and basically handling the day-to-day curveballs.
