Peter LeBlanc joined SimonCRE in 2022 as an Acquisitions & Leasing Analyst and was promoted in 2023 to Acquisitions & Dispositions Associate, where he finds and procures land acquisition leads for projects. He prioritizes meeting clients’ needs by carefully analyzing land records for deals and assisting in communication with landowners and other shareholders.

Peter graduated from the University of Arizona Eller College of Management in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing. During his time at the University of Arizona, he devoted much of his time to a variety of school organizations where he developed his business acumen and leadership skills.

Outside of the office, you can catch Peter at concerts, on the golf course, or on Arizona’s beautiful hiking trails. He also lives a fitness-focused lifestyle and stays healthy with weightlifting.
