Liam Perrine joined SimonCRE in 2022 as a Financial Analyst, where he models, underwrites, and evaluates deal structures for new commercial real estate development opportunities and new commercial real estate acquisitions.
Prior to joining SimonCRE, Liam studied Business Management at Lesley University in Boston, where he also played for their Division 3 soccer team. During his time here, he began working as a rental real estate agent for Live Realty Boston, where he networked with landlords and rented their apartments to local college students and young professionals.
He then attended SUNY Binghamton’s School of Management, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Finance. While studying at Binghamton, Liam entered the commercial real estate industry by interning for Foursite Consulting in Phoenix.
In his free time Liam enjoys playing and watching sports, his favorite teams are Liverpool FC and the New York Yankees. He also enjoys a good cup of coffee and traveling.
