Tyler joined SimonCRE in 2021 as an Acquisitions and Leasing Analyst, in 2023 rose to Acquisitions and Leasing Associate, and in 2024 was promoted to Acquisitions and Leasing Manager. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing and securing land acquisition leads for our build-to-suit projects. He accurately researches land records, coordinates with local municipalities, and assists in negotiations with landowners to meet client specifications and economic requirements.

Originally from Wisconsin, Tyler attended Winona State University in Minnesota where he double majored in Finance and Marketing and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree. Subsequently, Tyler moved to Charleston, South Carolina to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree from Charleston Southern University. Outside of academics, Tyler was a member of the men’s golf team at each respective school.

In his free time, Tyler enjoys staying busy by traveling to new places, playing golf, spending time outdoors, and watching sports.
