Joshua and his team have been a part of this development from day one. Working with Walmart and the City of Sierra Vista to get development approvals and the appropriate entitlements completed, they are bringing a first class retail center to Sierra Vista.

Joshua has been able to utilize his leasing skills get the building to a 94% occupancy rate despite a tough economy and while the building is still under construction. Joshua will be bringing Sierra Vista its first Olive Garden, Chipotle, and Panda Express. The project was sold to investors before all the retailers opened in the shopping center, a testament to the strength of the leases and tenants Joshua and his team put together.
